This policy applies to all FIRAT transactions, including:

Services (e.g., consulting, research, translations)

Software subscriptions
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will only be considered if:

The service was not delivered as promised.

A technical issue on FIRAT’s end prevented access.

The customer has not accessed, downloaded, or activated the service.
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase and will be reviewed in accordance with Paddle’s refund policies.

Fully rendered services

Custom-made or personalized services

Any purchase marked as “non-refundable”
