Tiberias Initiative for Children (TIC), Rwanda is a national Non-Governmental Organization registered in Rwanda. They started in 2006, working at the district level without formal registration. On 21/9/2011 they received the first certificate of formal registration at the district level. In 2012 they received the provisional registration certificate at the national level and in 2014, they obtained full legal personality. They are registered under number 026/2014. Although their philosophy is Christian, the organization is secular, apolitical and open to all people without any discrimination.
