FIRAT is committed to resolving disputes arising from the use of this Website through good-faith negotiation. Where a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within thirty (30) calendar days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts in accordance with Section 6 below.

FIRAT does not participate in online dispute resolution platforms unless required to do so by applicable law.

6. Governing Law

This Imprint and any non-contractual obligations arising in connection with it are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kigali, Rwanda.
