To create a dynamic platform where women researchers are empowered, recognized, and supported to drive Africa’s progress in line with the African Union’s Agenda 2063.

Addressing the Gap

Despite notable progress, women remain underrepresented in STEM fields across Africa, with less than 30% of graduates in engineering and related disciplines being female in many countries.
