02.User Responsibilities
Engagement with FIRAT requires strict adherence to ethical and lawful conduct. Users are responsible for provide accurate information and maintaining the integrity of their interactions. Prohibited activities including fraud or unauthorized system access will result in immediate termination of services.
03.Intellectual Property
All methodologies, software code, and research outputs generated by FIRAT remain our exclusive intellectual property.
04.Payment & Refunds
Standard protocols require payment completion prior to service initiation. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, generally reserved for technical failures or delivery discrepancies. Chargebacks initiated without prior direct consultation may lead to legal action and permanent blacklisting.
05.Liability Limitations
FIRAT maintains no liability for indirect or consequential damages resulting from digital service usage, including potential data interruptions or cyber security incidents beyond our direct control infrastructure.
06.Governing Authority
These Terms are governed by the laws of Rwanda. Any legal disputes arising from these terms will be handled exclusively by the courts of Kigali, Rwanda, following good-faith mediation attempts.
